Stretch & Flex Prevention Program
This sample program shows how simple the program is to complete.  As with any exercise program, training in proper technique provides the best benefit and safety when using this program for employees.

  1. Trunk Rotation

  2. Hamstrings Stretch

  3. Back Extension

  4. Achilles Stretch

  5. Shoulder Stretch

    Discontinue the program if the exercises cause pain.

    If you are currently experiencing moderate or severe
    back pain do not attempt these stretches.
    SEE BASIC STRETCHES

    This program is used to prevent back problems.
    It can be used to relieve MILD back pain.

Shoulder Stretch

 

Raise arms overhead.  Grab elbows. 

Pull elbows side to side.  Keep body stable.

Movement is from the  shoulder blades
