HOME EXERCISE #2

Pinch shoulder blades together.

Focus eyes on object straight ahead.

Move head backward.

(done correctly this will produce a double chin)
Keep looking straight ahead (so not tilt head up or down)

Practice with a mirror to get correct angle of head
. You should be looking straight into your eyes throughout the exercise.
Hold stretch 10 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
